GROCERY DELIVERY FAQs -

$10 flat fee + 10% of the grocery total.  Unlike other grocery delivery services, WE DO NOT UPCHARGE ON STORE ITEMS, TACK ON HIDDEN SERVICE FEES OR HAVE ANY MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS. Our fees are set to cover gas, time and to pay our Grocery Delivery Associates.  Our Grocery Delivery Associates receive 100% of their tips.  We give you the store receipt to ensure your total price is correct.  There is a $5 charge for every store shopped at after the first. There is a $5 extra charge for locations over 25 miles and a $10 extra charge for locations over 35 miles from zip code 63129. For same day delivery Monday - Friday, please place orders by 12:00pm. For Saturday delivery, please place your order by 11:59pm on Friday. 


RX DELIVERY FAQs -

$15 charge + the cost of the prescription(s) if just having your RX delivered.  If you are also ordering groceries, there is only a $5 charge + the cost of the prescriptions(s). All deliveries require signature upon delivery, and will not be left unattended. You must call to notify the Pharmacy prior to each delivery request. Don't worry, your RX will be delivered in a discreet bag and will not be tampered with.  You can trust us.  Our main focus is getting you your RX.  We're not interested in what it is. 


How much is the membership fee? 

FREE!  We DO NOT charge a monthly or yearly membership fee.


Do you do personal errands? 

Yes, we will run errands of various kinds. We're like your life substitute!  Contact us with your request and we can give you a quote then.  Dry cleaning, medication delivery, post office, dmv, dog walking/transportation to and from vet, etc. we have you covered to save you a ton of time! 


Where do you deliver? 

We deliver to the the greater St. Louis area.


Do you deliver any day of the week? 

Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 8:00pm

Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Saturday 8:00am - 11:00am (for Saturday delivery, please place your order by 11:59pm on Friday) 

We are closed all Federal Holiday's, Christmas Eve and the day after Christmas. 


How does it work? 

You simply put your order in online, email gatewaydeliveredgoods@gmail.com or call us at 855-331-8880.  We then call or email you to confirm and ask any questions that we may have.  After that, we shop for your items and deliver them to your door or at your place of business on the day and time of your choosing.  You can pay by Credit, Debit, Paypal, Venmo or Gift Certificate upon delivery. Our grocery delivery associates do not carry any cash on them.


Do you accept tips?  

Yes, tips are not required, but greatly appreciated. 100% goes to your personal Grocery Delivery Associate.


Will Gateway Delivered Goods deliver to a business?
Yes!!  Save yourself the time and payroll, we will deliver the snacks and office happy hour goodies!


What if I receive my order and realize that I ordered the wrong item or I receive an item I didn't list?  

Just give us a call and we will do everything in our power to resolve any issue. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. 


Do you shop only at grocery stores?  

No, we will shop at any store you would like. Lowe's, Home Depot, Bed Bath & Beyond, The Container Store, etc.


Will you deliver alcohol?  

Yes, we deliver alcohol and tobacco products. We would never deprive you of that. ID will be verified upon delivery and we will not deliver to someone who appears intoxicated. Safety first!
